The plug-and-play TFT display kit consists of the G185HAN01.0-1000, a Prisma or Artista controller board, a SmartLED converter and a light sensor. The light sensor measures the ambient brightness and the controller board dims the display brightness in a range between 0 and 100% via the converter. Thus, the display brightness automatically adapts to the ambient lighting conditions and guarantees a consistently perfect and glare-free readability of your content. In addition, dimming also saves power and reduces heat generation in comparison to continuous operation at 100% brightness.
The G185HAN01.0-1000 not only impresses with its brightness. It also offers a wide, symmetrical viewing angle of 89° from all directions and a wide operating temperature range from -20 to + 70°C. Samples of the display are currently available from stock Germering.
