Since 1989, Silicon Valley-based Diamond Systems Corporation has provided rugged, I/O-rich embedded computing solutions for industrial applications including transportation, energy, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, medical and research.
Diamond Systems' extensive product line includes compact, highly integrated single board computers (SBCs), a comprehensive range of expansion modules for analog and digital I/O, wired and wireless communications including multi-protocol serial ports and Ethernet switches, and complete, rugged system-level solutions.
Diamond's products are based on industrial standard buses and form factors such as PC/104, EBX, EMX, EPIC, ETX and COM Express.
The extensive range of I/O expansion modules includes analog and digital I/O, counters/timers, serial communications, wired and wireless networking, GPS, solid-state disk, and DC/DC power functions.
Manufacturing
Diamond Systems is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. They also maintain a global network of ISO 9000-certified manufacturing facilities, including locations in the U.S. and the Far East. Their scalable manufacturing infrastructure allows them to quickly scale to meet virtually any production volume requirement, as well as relocate manufacturing as needed to meet political or logistical demands. Each production unit undergoes a fully functional production test, with test results archived in an online database.
All product configurations are subject to rigorous document control, ensuring consistency of design, component selection and performance throughout the life of the product.
